Mint configuration

$DISK CA required before mint configuration.
Metadata is hosted by DISK and is not immutable IPFS storage. New accounts are not automatically registered as the official DISK collection. Public mint activation requires the verified collection and Candy Machine addresses in the project configuration. Vaults are not deployed.
